Our founder Chad Ebady-Nezami, P.E. is a licensed professional engineer who has achieved the engineering profession’s highest standard of competence and has over 38 years of structural engineering and home inspection experience. He, and his business partner, Kenneth Biggs P.E., another licensed professional engineer with nearly 10 years of experience, provide fair-minded investigation and analysis based on sound engineering principles.
